Seaven Voyager - IMO 9405796

SEAVEN VOYAGER is a Greek-flagged IMO II oil/chemical tanker operated by Seaven Tanker Management, a Piraeus-based company. Built in China in 2008, the vessel trades mainly in the Eastern Mediterranean and regularly appears in Greek ports including Piraeus, Elefsis, Aspropyrgos, Thessaloniki and Volos. Her present employment and home port make her closely connected with the wider Piraeus maritime area.

The tanker measures 100.12 metres in length and 18 metres in breadth, with a gross tonnage of 5,031 GT and a summer deadweight of 6,796 tonnes. She is double-hulled, classed by Bureau Veritas and insured with NorthStandard.

SEAVEN VOYAGER was originally built as OANA and sailed under that name until 2017. After a change of ownership she became SEAVEN VOYAGER and transferred to the Greek flag. Ship records identify Domaso Shipping S.A. as registered owner, with Seaven Tanker Management in Piraeus acting as manager.

History

The vessel was delivered in 2008 as OANA, initially sailing under the Marshall Islands flag and later under Panama. In November 2017 she was renamed SEAVEN VOYAGER and subsequently entered Greek service.

Her operating pattern is centred heavily on Greek coastal and regional tanker trades. Recent AIS records show voyages between ports such as Aspropyrgos, Elefsis, Thessaloniki, Volos and other Eastern Mediterranean destinations, which fits the vessel’s role as a relatively small IMO II product/chemical tanker.

Piraeus Connection

SEAVEN VOYAGER has a particularly direct relationship with Piraeus. Her home port is Piraeus, her manager is based there, and the vessel has been photographed and recorded operating in Piraeus and the neighbouring Elefsis area. A documented Piraeus appearance dates, for example, to August 2022.

PiraeuShips Record

SEAVEN VOYAGER was recorded at Piraeus by PiraeuShips as part of the visual archive of the tanker and bunkering traffic associated with Greece’s largest maritime centre. Her Greek flag, Piraeus home port and regular operations around Piraeus, Elefsis and Aspropyrgos make her a characteristic example of the regional oil and chemical tanker fleet serving the area.
