CHAMPIONS LEAGUE JET 2 is a high-speed passenger and vehicle catamaran operated by Seajets. Built in Australia in 2007, the vessel entered Greek domestic service in July 2026 after an extensive career in Turkey. She was originally delivered as ORHAN GAZI-1 for İstanbul Deniz Otobüsleri and was later acquired by Seajets, passing through the names JAMBO JET 1 and JUMBO JET 2 before receiving her present name.

The vessel made her first arrival at the Port of Piraeus under the name CHAMPIONS LEAGUE JET 2 on 24 July 2026. The following day she entered regular Greek ferry service on the Piraeus–Cyclades–Heraklion route, replacing CHAMPIONS LEAGUE JET 1. Her itinerary linked Piraeus with Syros, Tinos, Mykonos, Paros, Naxos, Santorini and Heraklion, making her one of the newest large high-speed ferries operating from Piraeus during the 2026 summer season.

Built by Austal in Fremantle, Australia, CHAMPIONS LEAGUE JET 2 measures approximately 88 metres in length and 24 metres in beam. According to Seajets, she can carry 1,172 passengers and 140 vehicles and has a maximum speed of up to 43 knots. Her gross tonnage is 6,133 GT and her deadweight is approximately 520 tonnes.

History

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE JET 2 spent the first major part of her career in Turkey as ORHAN GAZI-1. Seajets acquired the vessel in 2024, after which she was brought to Greece and underwent work and adaptation before entering service with the Greek operator. Her introduction in July 2026 marked the beginning of a new phase in her career, this time operating high-speed services from Piraeus to the Cyclades and Crete.
